All required materials should be submitted by 3:00 pm November 15, 2019 (Japan Standard Time) via following online application system(T-cens).

Some major changes have been made regarding application procedure as follows.
1.Student Direct Application
From this application term, applicants are required to proceed with the online application process by themselves. After nomination, the coordinators no longer have to make an application on behalf of applicants.

2.COLABS new application requirement
As introduced, obtaining a prior consent from prospective host researcher before application is required.

Also, please note that JYPE program is not applicable for spring 2020 semester.
